A Seymour Duncan SH-11 work fine with a hot and fresh Tren Tren a Stratocaster HSS?
I play rock / metal, a combination that sounds good for this?
Not a terrible mix – the SH-11 has an alnico magnet which will sound very different to the hot / cold rails (which are both pickups ceramic magnet). The main thing I want to do is balance out, so not dramatically different production levels when switching between them. The guitar in question have a lot to do with it – all these pills will emphasize different parts of the range of EQ and will be more suitable for specific guitars (it say, some are naturally more brilliant sound than others).
How do you make a stubborn screw from a guitar (Stratocaster) kicker?
I'm doing a little guitar and I'm recording a project through the top of the rapper. There is a screw in the striker being stubborn and not come out. The other screws seem fairly new, so it is likely Rusty not only tighten too much. It would be very high screw holes near the middle and bridge pickup. Thanks!
James, as this is only a small metal screw which passes through the plastic rapper then be secured only by the wooden base, the difficulty in removing a little strange. What happens is sometimes the threads get stripped in the forest from over-tightening, and the hole should be interlocked to allow a new item to be formed by the screw. My guess is that someone had previously damaged threads, and decided to fix just paste the screw in place. Try placing a drop of gasoline or mineral spirits screw top, to see if it will break any bond that has formed between the screw and plastic. Make sure the screwdriver you are using is sized to screw pickguard, and do not want to destroy the cross-hole in the head, loosening using a uniform and firm pressure to rotate, and make sure the screw once it is out! Best Regards, Dana

The way your cable now, is not a "master" tone control and master volume knob on the guitar is …. in really good condition … I know this is a decent guitar, but how much is it worth? … I was surprised When I researched the current price of the new "luxury" Stratocasters …. thanks for your help with this!

I had a stratocaster electric guitar for more than two years and I am completely frustrated! I've taken a first few lessons before, but I traveled a lot and can not be taking classes now. Does anyone know good books and self-instruction or things that are of good quality? As fret2fret system? Does it really work? And one more question …. If I do know all the notes on the guitar, how do I benefit if I am only going to use the tab? Or should I even use tab? Is it just plain notes better or easier for rock guitar or even matter? I'm so confused, but I want be a good musician! Please help! = (
Jerry Snyder school method guitar 1 and 2 can achieve this, Amazon or any book store with a cd of the songs they learn to play for about $ 10. It really teaches all the basics you really need to know. The book teaches how to read melodies (Notes loose) and harmonies (chords). The book will help you develop your ability to write and read music. Learning music sheet or notes like you mean it is in fact a way to be able to communicate with other musicians, not just the guitarist. The problem is with only guitarist who knows tablature, tablature and reading scores are like languages. Another problem with tab is that not enough time in the song. So I would say that if you really want to be able to write and always expanding their musical abilities ranging of the score. I hope this was helpful, if you have any questions im available at www.myspace.com / bnatony
