Fender Acoustic Stratocaster
What should be my starter guitar.?
I’ve been playing acoustic guitar for about a year now.My birthday is next month im planning on getting an electric guitar. I’ve been looking at the squier strat, because that seem to be popular among beginners. I really like the sound of a stratocaster, but they can be expenisve. So what guitar should i get? Is a Fender stratocaster suitable for a beginnner
I have a squier strat as recommended by my guitar teacher (a jazz musician and Ph.D. in music) and it has an excellent sound still after all of these years. I wouldn’t invest in a more expensive guitar until I had reached a certain amount of ability. If you can borrow someone’s until you are sure you really want to do this, that would be even better (just take care of it). Good luck to you!
