Right now i have a fender stratocaster, affinity series….. i’m not too happy cuz i don’t get much of a metal sound…. But my friend said get a bc rich because their “badass”, do the looks cover up the sound or does it also sound good?? Also will the price of the bronze series stay at the low prices they are, because idont get paid for a month…..
I have a pedal, it’s a Boss OS-2,but i’m trading it in for a Digitech Hothead

i feel your pain man… i want to get a sick sounding metal on my strat so what i did was i went out and bought a bc. For reals dawg your friends right all the way…. some can be expensive depending on where you go but not to worry a lot of them could be cheap… follow your dream and rock on hard man!

Depends how old you are and how big your hands are–some Squiers are short-scale, like the Mini Strat.

Any guitar shop where they will help you find a good one is a good place to go. Guitar center has lots of guitars so that’s a good place to start if there’s one near you.

Every guitar is unique–they are made from wood and no two trees are alike. Try several different guitars and don’t make up your mind in one day. If you find one you like, ask them to hold it and come back the next day and try again and compare others and see if you still like it.

The most important thing is whether you can fret all the strings without too much effort and that no strings buzz when fretted higher up the neck. Sometimes this can be adjusted.
